Tasks

Role Description

We are currently seeking a fulltime onsite Customer Service and Sales representative fluent in Danish or Swedish . English will be necessary as it is the universal communication language within the team. This role requires a proactive approach goal orientation and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment. Responsibilities include providing daily customer support ensuring customer satisfaction maintaining phone etiquette and delivering exceptional service and sales. We do not engage in cold sales allowing us to focus on potential clients and excellent customer service.

Requirements

Required Skills

  • Fluency in Danish or Swedish. (English is required as all communications will be in these languages.)
  • Strong customer support and service skills.
  • Ability to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in customer service and sales.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organisational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Office software knowledge : Microsoft Office (Word / Excel) and data entry.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork.
