Job summary

Intracon Marketing Solutions is seeking an IT Support professional to maintain day-to-day IT operations in a cloud-based environment and provide end-to-end incident management. You will handle Microsoft 365 and Entra ID tasks, configure laptops, manage virtualization (Proxmox, AWS) and Linux services, and mentor junior colleagues.

The role offers on-site work with a collaborative team, a clear EOS/Traction-style rhythm, and opportunities to contribute to IT improvements and training programs.

Qualifications

• Higher vocational degree in IT systems, network administration or similar.
• At least 3 years of IT support experience in a company environment.
• Hands-on experience with ticketing tools.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including users, permissions, licences, mailboxes, and security tasks.
• Familiarity with virtualised and cloud environments (Proxmox, AWS) and Linux.
• Fluent Spanish and English at B2 level.
• Proactive, team-player attitude and willingness to mentor juniors.

The challenge

We are looking for someone to keep our IT service stable and running day to day. You will join a small, close-knit team working in a cloud-based environment, with a demanding but manageable volume of requests. You will have real autonomy, from setting up a laptop to solving a network issue, with the support of the IT lead.

What you will do

What we are looking for

• A proactive, team-player attitude: you enjoy contributing and are happy to roll up your sleeves for whatever is needed.
• Patience and willingness to share what you know with junior profiles.

Nice to have

• Experience with GLPI, FOG Project or SonicWall.
• Previous experience training or mentoring junior profiles or trainees.
• Interest in applying AI to IT operations.

This role is probably not for you if

• You are looking for remote or hybrid work. This is a fully on-site role.
• You want to focus mainly on AI or development projects rather than on IT operations.
• You prefer to handle only first-level support tickets.

What we offer

• Permanent contract and a salary of €25,000 to €28,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
• 37.5-hour working week with flexible start time (between 8:30 and 9:30).
• Friday afternoons off.
