Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related field.
• Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements.
• Understanding of basic technical aspects of property systems (C.R.A., Chiller, Fire protection, M&E, BMS).
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client's expectations.
• Assist in management of contractors on site and inspection of vendors' works.
• Assist in procurement of vendors and services as required.
• Assist in financial processes and managing purchase orders (JDE).
• Conduct site inspections and ensure building procedures and performance are maintained.
• Seek ways to reduce costs and improve operational standards.
• Maintain premises in neat and good working condition.
• Provide support for regular reporting packages.
• Adhere to company guidelines, procedures, and SAP/SLAs for KPI targets.
