Job summary

Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. is seeking an enthusiastic Construction Internship for 6 months in Madrid or Barcelona. Start between January and March 2027, not 2026.

This full-time internship (40 hours/week) offers exposure to construction management, planning, and contracting processes with relocation support and a competitive monthly salary. Not a remote internship. You will observe and assist in contractor meetings, budgeting and scheduling, and gain a well-rounded view across project

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1 or higher).
• Sign a learning agreement with your university.
• Penultimate or final year pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Available for a 6-month full-time internship (40 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Observe Amazon construction managers acting as owners to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget execution.
• Support the construction team to ensure contractor skills match needs.
• Participate in budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting tasks.
• Assist in coordinating with authorities for regulatory compliance.
