Emw, Inc. is seeking a Configuration Management professional to create and maintain the CMDB for CSU Torrejón in support of CAOC TJ. The role requires active NATO SECRET clearance and ITIL SACM experience.

You will manage network diagrams, rack layouts, and mobile lines, and serve as the software license manager for CSU, ensuring accurate asset records and license compliance at the Torrejón site.

Formación

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance is required.
• Experience in Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) per ITIL.
• Experience creating and editing IT drawings in MS Visio.
• Experience as license manager.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain the CMDB for CSU Torrejón in support of CAOC TJ.
• Maintain network diagrams and rack layouts within the CMDB.
• Control mobile phone lines and terminals; act as software license manager for CSU.
