Spektrum in Torrejón de Ardoz, Spain, supports NATO NCIA and its interagency teams with asset and configuration management services. The role focuses on keeping the CMDB accurate for CSU Torrejón and ensuring proper licensing and asset controls within the CSU environment.

The ideal candidate will have SACM ITIL experience, strong IT drawing skills in Visio, and the ability to manage licences and hardware assets across the NATO-related network infrastructure on-site.

Formación

• Practical experience in Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) as described in ITIL.
• Practical experience as licence manager.
• Ability to create and edit IT drawings in MS Visio.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain the CMDB of CSU Torrejón in support of our customer CAOC TJ.
• CMDB is composed of network diagrams and rack layouts, among other documentation.
• Control mobile phone lines and terminals and act as software licence manager for the CSU.
