About the role

We’re looking for a charismatic, performance-driven creator to become the face of our video content across YouTube and Instagram. You’ll turn our best-performing blog content into videos that drive engagement, retention, and brand growth — and you’ll bring a deep understanding of what makes video content perform.

This is not an “influencer” or “talking head” role. You’ll own the full creative cycle : writing scripts, presenting on camera, testing thumbnails / hooks, analyzing performance (CTR, AVD, AVP), and constantly optimizing for growth.

Remote

• Full-Time or Freelance-to-Hire (EU preferred)

What you’ll do

• Translate long-form blog content into high-retention video scripts (YouTube, Shorts, Reels)
• Host and record yourself on camera — clear, confident, and B2B-savvy
• Work with a freelance editor (or edit yourself) to turn scripts into fast-cut, punchy content
• Track and analyze YouTube and Instagram metrics : CTR, AVD, AVP, ranking out of 10, etc.
• Continuously test formats, intros, and content pacing to improve performance
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align with strategic goals

You should have

• Near-native or native English and excellent storytelling / writing skills
• Strong on-camera presence — clear delivery, personable, and engaging
• B2B content marketing experience — you understand how to speak to SaaS / tech buyers
• Obsessed with YouTube, Shorts, Reels, and content formats (bonus if you’re a MrBeast nerd)
• Data fluency : comfortable analyzing video performance, retention graphs, click-through rates, etc.
• Bonus : Video editing skills (or experience briefing editors)

KPIs you’ll own

• Audience growth & engagement (subscribers, watch time, shares)
• Repurposing velocity (how quickly we can turn blogs into a full video stack)
