Formación

Sales Manager

Location : Spain (Remote Work Available)

Company Overview : Fox ESS was established in 2019, and through its world leading team of engineers and technicians is leading the way in the fields of power technology research and development, energy storage equipment manufacturing, IT data services, and new energy project development. The company focuses on providing advanced distributed energy, energy storage products and smart energy management solutions for households and industrial / commercial enterprises.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Market Development : Identify and explore new business opportunities in the European market, focusing on expanding our customer base and increasing market share.
  • Client Engagement : Proactively reach out to potential clients, schedule meetings, and conduct on-site or virtual visits to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy : Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, aligning with the company's goals and market trends.
  • Product Presentation : Effectively present and demonstrate the company's products and services to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
  • Negotiation Closing : Lead negotiations with clients, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Experience : 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the industry, ideally within the renewable energy, electronics, or IT sectors.
  • Technical Skills : Strong technical understanding with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively. Experience in photovoltaics, grid connection, or related technical areas is highly beneficial.
  • Methodologies : Familiarity with agile work environments or requirements engineering is a plus.
  • Language Skills : Fluency in English and Spanish is required; proficiency in one or more European languages (e.g., German, French, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote or hybrid work environment.
