We have an exciting opportunity for an Omni-Channel Stock Associate (8-month maternity cover – 40 hours/week).

Based in our Barcelona store and working within our digital team, this role is responsible for processing web orders and returns from the Zimmermann EU website, as well as assisting with stock management for our EU warehouses and stores.

The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Online Orders

• Process online orders according to Zimmermann policies and procedures.
• Pack orders with high presentation standards.
• Support expedited and hand delivery services.
• Complete invoicing and packing following client and company guidelines.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in dispatch to enhance client experience.
• Dispatch online orders within required timeframes.
• Manage inventory of online stationery supplies and re-order as needed.
• Avoid negative feedback from online store clients.
• Communicate regularly with Customer Service and Ecommerce teams, responding promptly.
• Report issues affecting client experience to relevant teams.

Stockroom Organisation

• Maintain stock room and storage space organization.
• Organize stock by collection, category, colour, and size.
• Reorganize stock rooms in line with delivery schedules and seasonal requirements.
• Ensure stock room standards support sales team efficiency.

Stock Inventory Assistance

• Investigate stock discrepancies from stocktakes and liaise with management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in stock management and online fulfilment, strong multitasking skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Analytical and detail-oriented qualities are essential.
