Are you passionate about creating impactful marketing experiences for technical and scientific audiences? We are seeking a dynamic Omnichannel Marketing Manager to lead integrated campaigns across digital, print, and live events.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, search), print, and live events (webinars, trade shows).
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and communications teams to align marketing strategies with company goals.
  • Implement targeted campaigns using ABM, content marketing, and lead nurturing techniques.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to optimize tactics, improve ROI, and report insights to leadership.
  • Manage digital assets including websites, social media platforms, and automation tools to enhance reach and engagement.
  • Maintain consistent and brand-aligned messaging across all channels.
  • Lead marketing efforts at industry events, including planning, execution, and lead generation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to produce tailored content for diverse audiences.
  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) for personalized outreach.
What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in pharma, biotech, or CDMO sectors
  • Successful track record managing omnichannel marketing campaigns
  • Expertise in ABM, SEO/SEM, content creation, and platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Preferred:

  • Experience in the Life Sciences or contract services sectors
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign performance analysis
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently within a global team
