Are you passionate about creating meaningful marketing experiences that connect with technical and scientific audiences? We're seeking an Omnichannel Marketing Manager to join our high-impact team dedicated to delivering integrated campaigns across digital, print, and live event platforms

In this role, you'll drive both inbound and outbound marketing strategies, shaping a unified customer experience across all touchpoints. This is an exciting opportunity to influence global marketing efforts within a fast-evolving and purpose-driven industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and run integrated marketing campaigns across digital (email, social, search), print, and live events (webinars, trade shows).
  • Partner with teams across sales, product, and communications to align marketing with strategic goals.
  • Drive targeted campaigns using ABM, content marketing, and lead nurturing techniques.
  • Analyze performance data to refine tactics, boost ROI, and report insights to leadership.
  • Manage digital assets including websites, social media, and automation tools to increase reach and engagement.
  • Ensure messaging is consistent and brand-aligned across all channels.
  • Lead marketing efforts at industry events—planning, execution, and lead generation.
  • Work with internal and external collaborators to produce tailored content for diverse audiences.
  • Use CRM and automation systems (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to personalize outreach.

What We’re Looking For

Required :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally in pharma, biotech, or CDMO environments
  • Demonstrated success managing omnichannel campaigns
  • Expertise in ABM, SEO / SEM, content creation, and platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Preferred :

  • Experience in the Life Science or broader contract services sector.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to optimize campaign performance.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the capability to work independently and within a global team.
