Formación

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in supporting our client in the aviation industry.

Responsibilities

• Be a Scrum master for 1-2 scrum team(s) with a focus on coaching the team(s) towards self-organization and continuous improvement
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives), discussions, and decision-making
• Assist the product owner(s) with creating and maintaining a healthy, ordered product backlog
• Remove impediments and foster a productive environment for team members
• Track and report on key Agile metrics to stakeholders
• Enable cross-team coordination and manage dependencies between your team(s) and third parties

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
• People-focused; empathetic, courageous, open, and energetic, with a natural tendency to improve others
• Proven experience working with multiple Scrum Teams
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM II or higher) is desirable
• Availability to travel occasionally to Ireland
