A global consulting firm in Spain is seeking an Associate for their Aviation practice. The role involves managing client projects, data analysis, and team collaboration. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in commercial aviation or consulting, with strong analytical and communication skills. The position allows for travel and participation in diverse projects across regions.
Aviation is a vibrant, dynamic industry that generates economic growth, supports employment, facilitates international trade and tourism, and brings people together. However, the industry faces numerous complex challenges. Join ICF’s Aviation practice as we help clients navigate these issues, whether rebuilding tourism and connectivity after Covid, advising policymakers on industry decarbonisation, delivering digital modernisation solutions, or maximising returns on investment.
ICF’s aviation practice is one of the world's largest specialist aviation consulting teams. Given aviation's global nature, our offices in the UK, US, India, and Spain work together as a single team to provide comprehensive solutions to our clients. As a member of our consulting team, you will have the opportunity to work on projects across all regions and service lines, including travel opportunities.
The role is tailored for someone with recent commercial aviation experience, covering topics such as airline network planning, revenue management, strategy, fleet analysis, benchmarking, traffic and revenue forecasting, and air service development. Projects may include developing airline and airport strategies, traffic forecasts, sustainable tourism strategies, network planning, and revenue and route optimisation. You will also have the chance to work across our wider aviation services, including sustainable aviation, operational improvement, aviation finance, and transaction due diligence.
A typical day for an Associate involves managing workstreams, guiding junior staff, communicating with clients, and delivering analytical solutions. You will also contribute to our intellectual property and business development efforts by building client relationships, working on proposals, attending conferences, and contributing to thought leadership.
