RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform painting and touch-up work throughout all hotel areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Prepare surfaces, repair imperfections, and apply paint, varnish, or treatments to maintain aesthetics and structural integrity.
• Identify and resolve painting issues such as chipping, dampness, or minor wall and ceiling damages.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the work area and tools.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team on general repairs and preventive tasks, such as carpentry touch-ups or minor repairs.
• Follow safety procedures, especially when handling chemicals and tools.
• Record all painting and maintenance activities accurately.

REQUISITOS

• Proven experience as a painter, preferably in hotel or similar environments where quality finish is essential.
• Deep knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and use of various paints and materials.
• Ability to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluency in Spanish; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
