Formación

• Diplôme académique de préférence en comptabilité, finance, ou études comparables.
• Première expérience professionnelle en comptabilité de fonds, de dépôt ou en audit recommandée.
• Compréhension des principes comptables liés aux investissements alternatifs.

Responsabilidades

• Examiner la comptabilité des fonds d'investissement alternatifs et des sociétés de gestion.
• Contrôler le calcul de la NAV et surveiller les processus d'évaluation.
• Préparer divers rapports financiers, y compris les états financiers.

NAV Oversight Officer (f/m/d)

With more than 100 professionals and over 200 alternative investment funds (AIF) on our platform, we are today the leading third-party AIFM in the private funds space in Luxembourg.

We are currently looking for a NAV Oversight Officer to support our Luxembourg department, overseeing due diligence on fund administrators, depositaries, marketing entities, and NAV oversight.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review accounting of alternative investment funds, securitizations, and holding companies based on Lux-GAAP and IFRS.
• Oversee NAV calculation and monitor valuation processes.
• Review and prepare various reports, including financial statements, capital accounts, and management information.
• Liaise with fund managers, depositaries, and auditors.
• Ensure efficient working processes and contribute to various projects.
• Perform ongoing oversight on central administrations, register, and transfer agents for real assets.
• Liaise with internal teams to improve the control framework.
• Support ad hoc projects as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Academic degree, preferably in Accounting & Finance, Economics, or comparable studies.
• First professional experience in fund accounting, depositary, or audit preferred.
• Basic knowledge of alternative investments (real estate, private equity, debt).
• Understanding of accounting principles, especially concerning real estate, private equity, and IFRS.
• Desire to develop practical knowledge of laws and regulations in financial services within Luxembourg and other jurisdictions.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
