We are looking for an Office Shift Supervisor for one of our clients based in Barcelona.

Summary :

You will be the person in charge of assisting and implementing excellent customer service within your unit and overseeing the work assignments in the Air Cargo Terminal.

In addition to performing execution / supervisory work, you will direct assigned work within your area of responsibility and assist in the development of activities, coordinating and controlling administrative functions in accordance with the objectives of the unit.

Responsibilities :

  • Treatment and elaboration of flight documentation, treatment and processing of customs documentation, coordinating actions with the warehouse.
  • Plan and manage all administrative activities related to cargo services in accordance with company procedures, policies, and values.
  • Control and manage the resources in your area of competence.
  • Leading by example to provide a consistent and quality service.
  • Control of staff overtime.

Requirements and competences :

  • VET International Trade or professional studies / certifications related to aviation, cargo terminals, or logistics.
  • 5 years of experience in office management.
  • 1 year of experience leading teams (valuable).
  • Essential time flexibility to work rotating shifts.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts.
  • Customer orientation and awareness of the importance of quality.
  • Ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve objectives.
  • Good communication skills in Spanish and English.
