Mission :

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and people-oriented Global Office Manager to oversee the smooth running of our offices while supporting key generical global functions such as procurement coordination or audit coordination. This dynamic role sits at the intersection of operations, procurement, and company culture — ensuring our teams and environments thrive locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities of the role :

As an office manager at Allianz Direct, you will be responsible for the following :

  • Oversee day-to-day office activities, including facilities, supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage office budgets and operational expenses.
  • Coordinate workspace needs for hybrid and remote teams.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and productive working environment.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits across global teams.
  • Maintain and organize documentation and compliance records.
  • Oversee stock of office supplies
  • Greet visitors at office
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
  • Liaise with finance, HR, and legal teams to support regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to global policies and procedures.
  • Plan and execute engagement events, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and positive culture practices across locations.

Skills for the Position :

  • Proven experience in office management, operations, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a global or multicultural environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with audit processes, procurement, or administrative support for corporate governance.
  • High level of English (at least B2-C1), no matter if you make mistakes, but you need to be able to understand and express yourself in English.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Autonomy and proactive problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Collaboration and teamwork orientation
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in an efficient manner
  • Ability to work occasionally under pressure
