Your Role :

Be the trusted support for our Spain Sales Manager and the sales team.

Manage customer orders from A to Z — ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Keep our CRM system updated and data impeccable.

Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and market analyses.

Respond to customer and distributor inquiries with professionalism and care.

Collaborate with logistics and finance teams for smooth order processing and invoicing.

Help organize sales meetings, events, and trainings.

Keep documentation, contracts, and agreements organized and up-to-date.

Monitor stock levels and liaise with supply chain teams when needed.

Contribute to marketing initiatives by coordinating promotional materials and tracking campaigns.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with medical device companies is a huge plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills — you thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English .
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
