Office Manager / Personal Assistant to the CEO
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager / Personal Assistant to support the CEO of our company. This part-time role, based in the prestigious center of Palma de Mallorca, offers 25 hours per week (5 hours a day).
The role involves managing the CEO’s office, providing administrative support, handling daily office operations, scheduling and overseeing accounting tasks. These include liaising with our tax lawyer and managing payroll.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and German is a STRONG plus!
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in office management and supporting senior executives. Strong computer skills, proficiency in office software, and a high level of organization are essential. We are looking for someone proactive, professional, and able to take initiative while working independently.
