Formación

We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to join our Madrid office.

Your main responsibilities will be :

  • Processing and receiving shipments
  • Organizing and coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Managing office room reservations
  • Overseeing and supervising daily office operations
  • Handling office logistics (stock control, purchasing, distribution, storage, etc.)
  • Managing orders and merchandising products
  • Coordinating office maintenance and necessary repairs
  • Providing general support to visitors
  • Managing reception and telephone assistance
  • Drafting and preparing documents and their templates for signature
  • Sending documentation for signature (contracts, NDAs, BTS, PRL, GDPR, Compliance, etc.)
  • Resolving inquiries
  • Providing support for potential technical issues

What We’re Looking For

  • Training in Secretarial Work, Reception, Administrative Management, or similar fields
  • Intermediate English level (B2 minimum)—you’ll be working in an international team.
  • Office software proficiency
  • Intermediate-advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Proactivity, autonomy, responsibility, teamwork, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have (Bonus Points!)

  • Previous experience in the audiovisual industry
  • At least 6 months of experience in administrative and office management tasks
