With over 20 years of market experience, we recruit suitable employees for bicycle brands and manufacturers, connect bike start-ups with suitable investors, and help companies to find profitable business partners. As we are currently scaling our business, we have the opportunity for an open-minded and hands-on person to coordinate our marketing and office management activities.
Administration :
- Manage and control the invoicing process (prepare contracts and invoices, follow-up of payments).
- Send all invoices to the gestoría at the end of the month.
- Manage internal budgets and keep overview / reporting.
- Manage bank accounts, payments and receivables.
- Implement admin tool(s) for better operations.
- Save and store all relevant documentation in the organizational cloud and CRM system.
Office Management :
- Coordinate the smooth daily operations of the BBH office by maintaining materials stock, managing utilities, internet, etc.
- Make sure the space is tidy, clean and all the necessary materials and features are available.
- Be the central office contact person for team members and visitors / clients.
- Be point of contact and problem solver – for any third party (IT, providers, lawyers, etc.).
Founder and Team Assistance :
- Manage the central BBH email addresses and inboxes.
- Coordinate and run weekly team meetings.
- Handle team logistics: arrange travels, hotel, flights, daily diet budget, expenses.
- Together with HR, organize team events.
- Lead entry and coordination of the client pipeline of Mallorca Cycling HUB.
- Develop a local community and network of Mallorca Cycling businesses, interact with local industry and governmental stakeholders.
- Organize local events related to the Mallorca Cycling Hub community.
- Work actively together with Marketing for good and consistent online presence.
- Assist in organizing consultancy and MICE events for clients on the island (e.g., dealer days, product presentations, training sessions).
We are looking for...
- Marketing, communications, or business management studies (or similar).
- 2-3 years of working experience in similar administrative, marketing or assistant roles.
- Spanish native or similar level, English business proficiency. German and/or any other language are a plus.
- Self-structured and process-oriented – capable of overseeing different tasks and problems at the same time.
- Strong initiative and forward-thinking attitude, tackling challenges in a very solution-oriented manner.
- You are a humble person, eager to learn and capable to work in international team dynamics.
- You are a good networker and have persuasive and precise communication skills.
- Up-to-date software skills and technological understanding, as well as the usage of CRM systems and social media.
- A strong affinity to the bicycle or sports industry, or sustainable mobility is desirable.
- Based in Mallorca.
