Sateliot is a Barcelona-based Startup in the New Space sector, becoming the first satellite telecommunications operator that will provide global and continuous connectivity to all the elements that will make up the massive Internet of Things (IoT) universe under the 5G protocol .

In order to do so, Sateliot is launching a constellation of last generation nanosatellites , located at low altitude that act as mobile towers. Sateliot is the perfect complement for large telecommunications companies by providing them with the necessary infrastructure where terrestrial technologies do not arrive.

YOUR MISSION

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Office Manager to ensure that our day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a key role in managing the office environment, supporting administrative tasks, coordinating travel and logistics, and contributing to the overall positive experience of working at Sateliot. You will be the go-to person for all things related to the workplace, combining hands-on execution with smart coordination.

YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Coordinate the daily operations of the office to ensure a pleasant and efficient work environment.
• Manage communications, courier services, mail handling, and supplier orders (coffee, snacks, materials, etc.).
• Prepare meeting rooms for the C-Level team, including catering and logistics.
• Organize and support C-Level travel arrangements : booking flights, hotels, and managing itineraries.
• Grant team access to our travel booking platform and assist as needed.
• Monitor and manage office supply stock, placing orders when necessary.
• Provide administrative support including invoice and documentation management, and assist with light financial tasks.
• Coordinate and organize internal events, team-building activities, and offsite meetings.
• Be the main point of contact for facility vendors and service providers (repairs, cleaning, maintenance, etc.).
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments on transversal administrative tasks.
• Proactively identify ways to improve office processes and contribute to maintaining a great team culture.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in Office Management, Executive Assistant or similar administrative roles.
• High level of English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive, hands-on and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Interest in the Space or Tech industry.
• Basic knowledge of accounting or invoicing tools (e.g., Holded, SAP, Excel).
• Event planning experience.
• Passion for building a great team culture and workspace.
