Formación

Responsabilidades

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Participate in the organization of the office's internal events and travels.
  • Support in the management of correspondence, reception, and distribution of emails.
  • Monitor office supplies and order new stationery as required.

Conocimientos

Good oral and written communication in English (B2 or higher)
Knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet
Interest and ability to multi-task in a multi-disciplinary environment
Ability to prioritize workload

Educación

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, administration or related field

As part of Forvis Mazars ’ strategic move to create a centralized service to serve clients across Europe, we have created Global Compliance & Reporting service with teams, processes and technology that allows multinational groups to meet all its accounting, tax, payroll and legal obligations and commitments, both locally and internationally while having accurate information centralized and delivered from our Center of Excellence (CoE).

We are hiring an Office Manager to join our strongly growing team in Barcelona.

This is an opportunity to contribute to a strategic project at Forvis Mazars and to work in an English-speaking and truly international environment with a high number of countries across Europe.

Your role
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors over the phone or coming to the office.
  • Participation in the organization of the office's internal events and travels
  • Support in the management of correspondence, reception, and distribution of emails
  • Various administrative tasks related to the office and support to the department.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures / office administrative systems
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances, and electronics as required.
  • Prepare IT equipment for new hires
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, administration or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ working experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet
  • Good oral and written communication in English (B2 or higher)
  • Interest and ability to multi-task in a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and ability to work with strict reporting deadlines
  • Flexible working hours and mind-set
