Descripción del empleo

This is a maternity cover, a fixed term contract to cover our office assistant.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all organitational work in the office
  • To check all orders delivery
  • To control and follow all activities related with our warehouse.
  • To provide administrative support to the medical reps (order, invoices…).
  • Fluent contact with customers
  • To organize internal activities (sales meeting…)

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
