The Office Administrator, reporting to the Centre Manager, will provide administrative support in the Rainbow office and work as part of a team to ensure the Centre is a vibrant facility that benefits the community.

Relevant business qualifications are an advantage but not essential.

In addition to general office duties, the Administrator will :

  • Assist with the Centre’s social media presence
  • Help provide tours of the Memorabilia Exhibition
  • Manage bookings and facilitate record-keeping
  • Deal with customers and suppliers

The role may require working flexible hours on occasion.
