Este profesional será responsable de la revisión y preparación de planes de gestión de HSE, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo en el ámbito de proyectos de petróleo y gas. Formación

• Experiencia en normativas de ADNOC / ARAMCO / QATAR.
• Entre 8-12 años como especialista en seguridad técnica en empresas EPC.
• Experiencia significativa en diseño de instalaciones de petróleo y gas.

Responsabilidades

• Preparar y revisar entregables relacionados con Seguridad Técnica / Medioambiental.
• Asistir a talleres como ingeniero de seguridad técnica.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de requisitos legales internacionales y específicos del país.

We are looking for Senior Technical Safety, whose main functions will be :

• Preparation and review of deliverables related to Technical Safety / Environmental, as minimum but not limited to such as Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Management Plans, HSE philosophies / Specifications, studies & reviews, HAZOP Management and review, SIL Determination, Hazardous Area Classification, Consequence analysis, BAT / ALARP studies, QRA, FESA, COMAH, Noise Specification, Noise Report Management, Emission Modelling Report, Flare Assessment (distances, emission and radiation), HSE Action Tracking Management, impact and emission calculations and safety equipment specification.
• Participate in numerous workshops as Technical Safety / Environmental Engineer to advise on technical safety related aspects and concerns at HAZOP, HAZID, 3D Model Review, HFE Review, Construction HAZID, etc.
• Ensure compliance with international and specific country legal requirements.
• Facilitate HAZOP, HAZID, SIL Determination, ALARP and ERP Workshops among others.
• Perform radiation and dispersion modeling using Flaresim software (or any similar software) and review the simulations, analyses and utilize.
• Monitor man-hour budget and prepare weekly work plan and update project progress.
• Ensure the schedule and deliverables dates are met with high-quality deliverables and actions.
• Prepare specification, RFI / RFP and TBE for technical safety items.

Skills / Qualifications :

• Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical discipline or equivalent.
• Experience with ADNOC / ARAMCO / QATAR normative.
• Possess between 8-12 years of working experience as Technical safety specialist and demonstrate experience in EPC companies or Engineering Companies.
• Significant experience in engineering design of oil and gas facilities.
• Able to work in a project with minimum supervision.
• A strong background in onshore / offshore facility and brownfield project experience is an advantage.
• Mandatory proved skilled in Physical Effects Modeling and Quantitative Risk Assessment, experience with PHAST, FLARESIM, ALOHA, EFFECTS, EXsilentia software or similar.
• Effective communicator who can influence key stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge on the Hazardous area classification, SCE / PS, EERA, FERA and other loss prevention analysis and risk assessment.
• Knowledgeable in technical safety design standards such as NFPA, EPA, NIOSH, IP, ISO, ASME, API, etc. Additional knowledge in Russian Normative is an advantage.
