Formación

  • At least 4 years in a travel agency or hotel.
  • 2 years of experience in the German market.

ODEON Tours Destination Services and Destinations Management provides services to tour operators from Belarus and other CIS countries, Czech Republic, Estonia, Balkan countries, Germany, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Switzerland, Türkiye, and Ukraine, with its own destination services companies in Türkiye, Egypt, Thailand, UAE, Spain, Greece, and Vietnam.

We are looking for a Contract Assistant Specialist with the following qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of working experience in a travel agency or hotel, including booking, contracting, reservation processes, or pricing.
  • At least 2 years of contracting experience in the German Market.
  • Good knowledge of the German Market & Competitors.
  • Ensure contract updates are made correctly (SPO, EB, Stop Sales, etc.) and assist the reservation department.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new streams of business.
  • Follow up on contract performance, allocations, special offers, requests, and price comparisons.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good command of English.

  • Located in Mallorca.
  • Good communication skills, able to explain complex situations simply.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work under time pressure and strict deadlines.
  • Result-oriented, a good team player, disciplined, and well-organized.
