Formación

• At least 4 years of experience in travel agencies or hotels.
• 2 years of contracting experience in the German market.
• Proficiency in English and good knowledge of the German market.

• Analyze market trends and identify new business streams.

ODEON Tours Destination Services and Destinations Management provides services to tour operators from Belarus and other CIS countries, Czech Republic, Estonia, Balkan countries, Germany, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Switzerland, Türkiye, and Ukraine, with its own destination services companies in Türkiye, Egypt, Thailand, UAE, Spain, Greece, and Vietnam.

We are looking for a qualified professional with the following qualifications:

• At least 4 years of working experience in travel agencies or hotels, including booking, contracting, reservation processes, or pricing.
• At least 2 years of contracting experience in the German Market.
• Good knowledge of the German Market & Competitors.
• Experience ensuring contract updates are made correctly (SPO, EB, Stop Sales, etc.) and assisting the reservation department.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify new streams of business.
• Experience in follow-up on contract performance, allocations, special offers requests, and price comparisons.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Proficiency in English.

Requirements:

• Located in Mallorca.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex situations simply.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform daily follow-ups.
• Ability to work under time pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Result-oriented, a good team player, well-disciplined, and well-organized.
