A leading destination services company is seeking a Contract Assistant Specialist located in Mallorca. The ideal candidate will have experience in travel agency booking and contracting processes, particularly in the German market. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate contract updates, analyzing market trends, and managing performance follow-ups. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• At least 4-years working experience in travel agency or hotel.
• At least 2-years contracting experience in German Market.
• Good level of English required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure that contract updates are made correctly.
• Analyze market trends and identify new streams of business.
• Follow up on performance of contracts and price comparisons.

ODEON Tours Destination Services and Destinations Management provides services to tour operators from Belarus and other CIS countries, Czech Republic, Estonia, Balkan countries, Germany, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Switzerland, Türkiye and Ukraine with its own destination services companies in Türkiye, Egypt, Thailand, UAE, Spain, Greece and Vietnam.

We are looking for a "Contract Assistant Specialist" with following qualifications;

• At least 4-years working experience. Travel agency or hotel experience booking, contracting reservation process or pricing,
• At least 2-years contracting experience in German Market
• Good knowledge of German Market & Competitiours
• Ensure that contract updates made correctly (SPO, EB, Stop Sales etc.), assisting reservation department.
• Ensure that analyse market trends and identify new streams of business,
• Experienced follow up of the performance of the contract , allocations, special offers request, price comparisons,
• Good knowledge of MS Office,
• Good level of English,

• Good communication skills, able to explain complex situations in a simple way,
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and strong daily follow up skills,
• Ability to work under time pressure and with strict deadlines,
• Result oriented, good team player, well-disciplined and well organized.
