Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking for a

Organizational Change Management Lead responsible for leading organizational change management planning and ensuring the successful adoption of informatics products and solutions. As part of a dynamic, globally focused team, the OCM Lead will leverage their understanding of business needs and affiliate experience to effectively plan and manage change initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Communication Strategy & Execution: Create and execute communication strategies to inform and empower impacted audiences for IT-driven changes. Partner with senior stakeholders globally to influence organizational behavior and compliance. Develop innovative communication campaigns for complex topics. Simplify and streamline communication processes. Collaborate on function-specific communication strategies. Advise on project and portfolio communication plans. Oversee end-to-end user communication strategies.
  2. Change Management Strategy: Apply organizational change management concepts to high-impact communication plans. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, identify stakeholders, and manage resistance. Build awareness, inspire adoption, and advocate for change across all informatics users and stakeholders. Provide strategic direction for IT training content.
  3. Consultation & Business Partnership: Partner with domain and product line leads, and large-scale projects. Provide input on product roadmaps and resource management to achieve efficiencies. Advise on deployment timing aligned with business cycles.
  4. Teamwork: Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient workflows and understand the broader context. Share knowledge within the team and advise on deployment timing to align with key business activities.

Skills:

  • Experience with multimedia content creation using AI-assisted tools, including video editing.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills. Ability to inspire and engage diverse teams, including contractors and consultants.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex ideas clearly.
  • Outstanding project management skills, with adaptability in shifting environments.
  • Proactive approach with strategic recommendations.
