At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for Administrative Support with fluent Chinese, English & Spanish to work in a world leading multinational company in information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and intelligent devices.
Your main responsibilities at reception will be:
• Assist in the coordination and organization of administrative issues proactively, for instance, meetings, events, and appointments;
• Monitor and maintain office supplies and be responsible for receiving and managing related invoices;
• Office supervision to ensure efficient functioning of the workspace
and employee well-being;
• Responsible for internal logistics (device delivery, inventories, and
supplies)




• Maintain organized records and files to ensure efficient office management.
• Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of office facilities and equipment.
• Support team members with administrative tasks and documentation.
Requirements:
• Hold a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
• Have 1–3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a proactive, problemsolving mindset.
• High level of English, Spanish and Chinese;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and Microsoft package;
• Work permit in Spain.
Conditions of the position
Contract Type: Indefinite with us.
Location: Madrid.
100% on-site
Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9:30- 18:30 and Friday 9:30 - 16:00
Salary range: 21.000-30.000€.
