Formación

• Formación certificada en electricidad, electrotecnia o electrónica.
• Experiencia preferible de 2 años en instalaciones eléctricas de baja/alta tensión.
• Conocimientos en interfaces de comunicación y redes.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo según los procedimientos operativos.
• Monitorear sistemas SCADA y realizar limpieza mecánica de módulos fotovoltaicos.
• Promover comportamientos seguros y respetar requerimientos legales durante las actividades.

Descripción del empleo

O&m Technician (M/F/d) - íllora, Pinos Puente

Pinos Puente, Spain

Responsibilities:

1. Preventive maintenance following the schedules set by the O&M department head and adhering to BayWa r.e. operational procedures.
2. Corrective maintenance based on work orders.
3. Work involving low/medium voltage.
4. Renovation of installations/machines (retrofit).
5. Monitoring of SCADA systems.
6. Vegetation clearing.
7. Mechanical cleaning of photovoltaic modules.
8. Weekend/holiday standby service (SCADA control in O&M).
9. Other tasks such as repair of roads, cleaning of rainwater evacuation systems, fencing, etc.
10. Occasional assistance at other sites nationwide for preventive, corrective, or other activities as directed by the O&M department head.
11. Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of tools and work areas under their influence.
12. Promote safe behaviors, proper use of equipment and protection, and encourage worker cooperation in preventive actions.
13. Commitment to Safety, Health at Work (SST), and Environment, respecting legal and internal requirements during work activities.

Candidate Profile:

1. Certified training in electricity/electrotechnics/electronics or similar.
2. Preferably with 2 years of experience in renewable energy, industrial electrical maintenance, or similar low/high voltage electrical installations.
3. Knowledge of communication interfaces (RS232/485, MODBUS, Ethernet, etc.), networks, fiber, WiFi, CCTV, access control, and configuration of IT equipment is valued.
4. Courses in PRL for electrical work (Siderometalúrgico agreement) and work at heights are valued.
5. English language skills are appreciated.
