O&m Technician (M/F/d) - íllora, Pinos Puente

Responsibilities:
- Preventive maintenance following the schedules set by the O&M department head and adhering to BayWa r.e. operational procedures.
- Corrective maintenance based on work orders.
- Work involving low/medium voltage.
- Renovation of installations/machines (retrofit).
- Monitoring of SCADA systems.
- Vegetation clearing.
- Mechanical cleaning of photovoltaic modules.
- Weekend/holiday standby service (SCADA control in O&M).
- Other tasks such as repair of roads, cleaning of rainwater evacuation systems, fencing, etc.
- Occasional assistance at other sites nationwide for preventive, corrective, or other activities as directed by the O&M department head.
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of tools and work areas under their influence.
- Promote safe behaviors, proper use of equipment and protection, and encourage worker cooperation in preventive actions.
- Commitment to Safety, Health at Work (SST), and Environment, respecting legal and internal requirements during work activities.
Candidate Profile:
- Certified training in electricity/electrotechnics/electronics or similar.
- Preferably with 2 years of experience in renewable energy, industrial electrical maintenance, or similar low/high voltage electrical installations.
- Knowledge of communication interfaces (RS232/485, MODBUS, Ethernet, etc.), networks, fiber, WiFi, CCTV, access control, and configuration of IT equipment is valued.
- Courses in PRL for electrical work (Siderometalúrgico agreement) and work at heights are valued.
- English language skills are appreciated.
