We are looking for a Portfolio Coordinator for the North of Spain, where you will manage the area of Soria, Zaragoza, Valladolid and León, where your mission will be to ensure the availability of solar plants and optimise their performance.

MISSION
Your mission will be to ensure the availability of the solar plants and optimise their performance.

Responsibilities

  1. Supervision and coordination of the O&M activities for wind farm
  2. Warranty compliance
    1. Monitor compliance with the O&M contract warranties they oversee.
    2. Coordinate and ensure the success of the final EPC acceptance tests.
  3. Logistics and procurement
    1. Obtain and compare quotes for the procurement of goods and services.
    2. Launch procurement requests for equipment and materials.
    3. Ensure efficient stock management.
    4. Propose subcontractors.
  4. Analysis of production data and incidents
    1. Track production and project efficiency indicators and benchmark technical performance against expectations.
    2. Verify accuracy of instrumentation equipment.
  5. Reporting
    1. Prepare daily, monthly and annual production and incident tracking reports, weekly report.
  6. Optimisation
    1. Optimise plant performance by reducing operating costs, maximising PR and reducing unavailability.
  7. Compliance with CSR and EHS policies
    1. Collaborate on the fulfilment of the Health, Safety and Environment goals and objectives set by management, as well as the introduction of preventive actions in area.
  8. Be aware of and comply with the regulations, procedures and instructions that affect his work, in particular the prevention and protection measures.
    1. Collaborate on the integration of health and safety in his area.
Requirements
  1. Advanced Technical Degree in Electricity, Electronics or Mechanics.
  2. High level knowledge of office automation tools.
  3. Knowledge of communication systems, SCADA and video surveillance.
  4. Training in Occupational Risk Prevention. Knowledge of quality and PRL management systems.
  5. Experience in team management, leading people.
