Reporting to the Service Manager, the O&M Lead Technician will carry out O&M supervision on GE units in Albacete GE 1.5 units (Spain).
They will supervise retrofits, inventory, tooling coordination on the sites, supervise and co-ordinate external support, assist the different company team members during site visits or external visits or audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on maintenance tasks. Supervision of technicians in day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with standards for scheduled/unscheduled activities.
- Advanced level operational wind turbine maintenance and/or installation tasks as discovered or as assigned.
- Documentation of turbine issues as required and entering data in company systems such as observation in ERP, SAP, or Maximo.
- Ensure that quality, costs, and service delivery goals are met, based on the Service's needs and goals.
- Ensure compliance with Company standards, safety rules, procedures, and processes (work permits, forms, security alerts, etc.).
- High-quality daily reporting and service documentation.
- Provide training to technicians and operators in technical areas, operational procedures, and safety practices.
- Support supervisor for continuous evaluation and competence development of the staff.
- May contact suppliers or other teams.

Skills And Knowledge
- Knowledge of wind power plant operation and maintenance (Desirable).

Qualifications/Requirements
- High-School Degree with experience in technical fields (maintenance, electrical engineering, mechanics...) desired. A Bachelor’s degree, or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Spanish Language mandatory.
- European work permits mandatory.
- Driving license.
- MS Office Pack.
- Experience in ERP or similar platforms.
- Knowledge in GE converts and pitch salen.
- Ability and willingness to travel (Local) as required.
