OW Ocean Winds is looking for an O&M Governance & Processes Engineer in Madrid to lead the development and implementation of O&M processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance across projects. You will collaborate with multiple teams to enhance operational practices.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in offshore operations and a relevant engineering degree. Proficiency in English is required, and familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems is a plus. This role may involve travel to project sites.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in industrial O&M, renewable energy, or offshore operations.
• Experience developing operational and maintenance procedures.
• Qualifications in process management, reliability, or maintenance management.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the corporate focal point for O&M processes.
• Develop and maintain procedures, workflows, templates, and corporate standards.
• Interface with OEMs, service providers, and internal stakeholders.

Process mapping and procedure development

Maintenance and operational workflows

CMMS/EAM systems knowledge

Technical writing and document management skills

Knowledge of maintenance and reliability methodologies

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions

Educación

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Naval Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
