Sener is seeking a Fabrication Manager for Offshore Wind Projects based in Spain, with engineering responsibilities across Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, or Bilbao. The role involves overseeing fabrication activities ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, managing supplier progress, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant engineering qualification, possess a minimum of 10 years experience in similar positions, and have a strong understanding of offshore fabrication and project management. English fluency is essential, and Spanish is a valued asset.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in fabrication oversight.
• Proven background in offshore wind or large-scale oil & gas projects.
• International Site Management experience with EPC contractors.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and direction in offshore fabrication.
• Monitor supplier's progress against program and KPIs.
• Manage QA/QC topics related to fabrication.
• Assist in technical analysis of variation orders.
