OW Ocean Winds is seeking an O&M Governance & Processes Engineer based in Madrid to develop, implement, and maintain O&M procedures and standards across assets and regions. You will drive CMMS integration, translate operational practices into standardized workflows, and collaborate with O&M, Asset Management, and external contractors.

• Degree in engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial O&M, renewable energy, or offshore operations.
• Hands-on CMMS/EAM experience.
• Qualifications in process management, reliability, or maintenance management are valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the corporate focal point for O&M processes and procedures.
• Collect, review, and consolidate existing O&M procedures and documentation.
• Develop and maintain procedures, workflows, templates, and corporate standards.
• Lead the CMMS implementation, translating processes into standardized system workflows.
• Ensure alignment between procedures and digital maintenance tools.
