Kinetic Digital, a dynamic marketing company with several prominent online casino brands in key regulated countries such as UK, Spain, and Canada, is seeking an experienced PPC Team Leader to oversee and lead our team of Google Ads specialists in the Philippines.

The PPC Team Leader will be responsible for managing and guiding the team remotely, ensuring the successful execution of strategies, optimizing budget allocation, and driving performance improvements.

This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of PPC and Google Ads specifically.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead a PPC team of experienced Google Ads professionals, managing high budgets across multiple accounts.
  2. Oversee the team's activities, provide professional insights and recommendations, and support them in achieving their goals.
  3. Communicate regularly with management, delivering comprehensive summaries and performance reports.
  4. Evaluate account performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Work closely with our dedicated team at Google to leverage their insights.
  6. Develop and refine processes to enhance account management, testing, and overall team efficiency.
  7. Suggest innovative ideas, strategies, and technologies.
  8. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, sharing them with the team.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 4 years of experience managing a PPC team with a strong focus on Google Ads.
  2. At least 8 years' experience managing Google Ads accounts.
  3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  4. Proven expertise in managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns (€500k+ monthly spend), preferably across multiple accounts.
  5. Experience in running app campaigns on Google Ads.
  6. Strong analytical skills, proficient in Google Analytics and other measurement tools.
  7. Excellent communication skills, able to summarize information efficiently.
  8. Spanish at mother tongue level.
  9. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  10. Creative mindset, able to provide constructive feedback to creative teams.
  11. Familiar with other PPC platforms (Facebook, Bing) is a plus.
  12. Demonstrated ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  13. Previous experience in the online gambling industry – advantage.
