Vivatis Pharma Group is seeking a Marketing Manager in Madrid to shape and execute the marketing strategy, strengthen market positioning, and drive growth in nutraceuticals. The role collaborates with commercial and technical teams to increase visibility and engagement across markets.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in Marketing, strong Spanish and English, and a track record of developing campaigns, content, and partnerships that deliver measurable ROI.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing or related roles.
• Experience in nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, wellness brands.
• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Knowledge of AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Excellent Spanish and professional English.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial and technical teams.
• Analytical mindset with creativity and commercial awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Define, implement, and optimize the Group's marketing strategy.
• Lead and coordinate the Marketing Department and budgets.
• Set annual marketing objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, BD, and other stakeholders.
• Lead branding, communication, and commercial marketing strategies.
• Oversee development of value propositions and campaigns.
• Ensure brand identity and messaging consistency across markets.
