What are we looking for?

Barrabés.biz is seeking an Innovation Consultant. Your main objective will be to play a key role in driving innovation capabilities based on an agile, intelligent, and scalable organizational and operational model.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Defining development lines, ideas, concepts, and reports.
2. Executing assigned projects in accordance with established requirements and deadlines.
3. Launching initiatives and challenges for innovative solutions.
4. Managing relationships with clients and internal and external partners involved in projects.
5. Maintaining effective communication within the team.
6. Participating in the final contract review and overall project scope, providing insights and feedback.
7. Preparing technical and economic proposals for the Public Sector.
8. Facilitating and mentoring sessions for startups, large corporations, or public administrations involved in acceleration and open innovation processes.
9. Supporting relationships with companies participating in innovation ecosystems.
10. Contributing directly to defining and organizing actions and events, from conceptual design to validation and execution.

Requirements:

1. Academic background: Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Communication, or a related field.
2. Additional training and specific knowledge: Knowledge and/or training in innovation methodologies or techniques such as Design Thinking, Open Innovation, or Lean Startup.
3. Experience: At least 4 years in innovation consulting, including the management, advisory, and facilitation of innovation and digital transformation projects, preferably in the mentioned areas.
