Alignerr is seeking a Hospital Health Data Governance Lead (AI Training) to shape how hospital data informs AI models. This fully remote, hourly contract role requires deep expertise in clinical data governance, privacy frameworks, and cross‑functional collaboration with clinical, IT and compliance teams.

You will define standards, evaluate data quality, identify privacy gaps, and enable governed data pipelines that support patient care, analytics, and AI development.

Qualifications

• Experienced in healthcare data governance, clinical data operations, or health data management
• Strong understanding of healthcare privacy, compliance, and regulatory frameworks — including HIPAA
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with clinical, technical, and administrative stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and systematic, with a track record of maintaining data quality at scale
• Clear and structured communicator who can translate complex data policies into actionable standards

Hospital Health Data Governance Lead (AI Training)

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. You'll bring your deep knowledge of healthcare data systems, privacy frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration — and apply it at the frontier of AI development.
