A nursing home in Capdepera is currently hiring two dedicated Nursing Assistants to join their caregiving team. In this position, you will provide attentive, compassionate daily care and emotional support to senior residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and active participation in the community.

In this role, your core responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily personal care, hygiene routines, and postural changes according to nursing care protocols.
• Providing warm and understanding emotional accompaniment to support residents' well-being and personal autonomy.
• Serving daily meals and snacks, assisting individuals who need help eating, and monitoring proper hydration throughout the day.
• Making resident beds, gathering room laundry, and keeping living spaces comfortable.
• Administering prescribed oral medication as directed by the nursing coordination staff (excluding specific high-risk medications).
• Accompanying and coordinating residents during their transfers to therapy sessions and group activities.
• Mentoring and tutoring vocational training students when applicable.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• An intermediate vocational training certificate (FP Grado Medio or equivalent) in nursing assistance or social and health care.
• At least 3 months of proven experience in geriatric or healthcare environments.
• A warm, respectful, and empathetic approach toward elderly residents.
• Strong teamwork capabilities and a responsible work attitude.

What is offered:

• A permanent contract (contrato indefinido) with a full-time schedule.
• A gross annual salary of 22,000 €.
• Working hours to be agreed upon according to organizational and individual needs.
