A leading company is seeking a childcare worker to care for children aged 0-2 years in a nursery setting. The role includes providing a safe environment, supporting daily routines, and engaging with children's development. Candidates should have a passion for working with young children and at least one year of relevant experience.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of childcare experience essential.
• Previous experience with young children in a nursery or daycare setting preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with parents.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a supportive environment for children and facilitate care routines.
• Plan age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS curriculum.
• Observe and monitor children's behaviour and development.

Descripción del empleo

Based in our baby room working with children aged from 0-2 years.

Providing a safe, supportive and caring environment for young children in the nursery.

Supporting children at meal times, sleep times and with personal care.

Working as a Key worker and carrying out regular observations of children.

Working with EYFS curriculum planning age appropriate activities.

Promoting diversity and equal opportunities.

Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with colleagues, parents and other childcare professionals.

Attending monthly staff meetings and further training as required.

Observe and monitor children’s behaviour and development.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the nursery area.

Communicate with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns.

Experience :

Childcare experience : 1 year (essential)

Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or day-care setting.

Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.

Qualifications :
