Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience managing transplant patients.
• Experience monitoring adherence and frailty.

VHIR offers vacant position for a nurse with experience in the Nephrology and kidney transplantation Research Group.

Education and qualifications :

Required :

• Degree or diploma in Nursing
• Specific / additional training in kidney transplantation
• Fluency in Catalan, Spanish and English (business level)

Experience and knowledge :

Required :

• At least 2 years of experience in managing transplant patients
• Experience in monitoring adherence and frailty

Desired :

• Knowledge of kidney transplantation
• Ability to use digital tools for monitoring adherence

Main responsibilities and duties :

• Coordinate and manage transplant patients monitored with a digital tool for medication adherence.
• Provide support to transplant patients in managing chronic immunosuppression.
• Collaborate with the medical team.
• Prepare and organize educational sessions with patients.

Labour conditions :

• Part-time position : 8h / week
• Gross annual salary : 4.151,55 euros (Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale)
• Contract : Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities
