Network Services Platform (NSP) Automation Solution Architect at Nokia

As a Network Services Platform (NSP) Automation Solution Architect at Nokia, you will play a critical role in delivering automation solutions that meet our customers' specific needs in mobile, fixed, and cloud networks. You will collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Project Managers, and technical teams to analyze customer requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. In this dynamic environment, you’ll be hands-on, working in our labs to validate solutions and enhance service offerings while fostering connections with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with cross-functional teams and customers to define project goals and scope through needs analysis workshops.
• Document and communicate project requirements to ensure alignment between customers and internal teams.
• Design and validate automation solutions based on the NSP Automation framework and address technical specifications.
• Conduct hands-on validation of solutions in lab environments, ensuring practical implementation and usability.
• Collaborate with product teams to stay informed about product roadmaps and suggest enhancements for existing and new features.
• Lead discussions on technical and business insights related to IP / Optical networking and automation solutions.
• Support sales and account teams in drafting statements of work and solution proposals to meet customer needs.
• Serve as a liaison for cross-business unit projects, maintaining project scope, and ensuring successful solution delivery.

Key Skills and Experience

• Strong technical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience conducting customer needs and requirements gathering workshops.
• Comprehensive understanding of IP / Optical networking, OSS, and SDN technologies.
• Ability to transform customer needs into solution offerings and software specifications.
• Knowledge of customer needs analysis frameworks like “Jobs-To-Be-Done”. (Nice to have)
• Nokia Service Router Certification Level II+ or Cisco CCNA. (Nice to have)
• Familiarity with the telecommunications market and network operations. (Nice to have)
• Software development experience in an agile environment. (Nice to have)
