About the job
- Source, support, and facilitate the acquisition of NPR goods and services.
- Support the attainment of NPR procurement goals, including cost savings, cost avoidance, supplier reduction, payment term improvements, catalogue buying, process improvement, and sustainability initiatives.
- Create and maintain relevant data to ensure seamless execution of the NPR buying process, including vendor information, catalogues, approval workflows, risk profiles, and requisition data.
- Ensure all commercial contracts comply with AN’s policies, particularly legal requirements, approval and signing authority, and contract lifecycle management.
- Perform spend analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction, supplier consolidation, payment term harmonization, contract coverage, and catalogue expansion, while managing risks such as conflicts of interest, split purchases, classification errors, and policy non-compliance.
- Execute the S2C process professionally, including supplier sourcing, competitive bidding, negotiations, bid analysis, award, contracting, progress tracking, payment, risk management, SHE, warranties, service agreements, and performance reviews.
- Engage with stakeholders across the country/cluster to understand challenges and business requirements.
- Resolve operational issues related to P2P promptly, escalating and following through as necessary.
About you
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Professional procurement accreditation is an asset.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in indirect purchasing with an international perspective.
- Proficiency in English and the local language.
- Proficiency in technology office tools.
