Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Perform linguistic & phonological testing of voice recognition software to ensure it meets quality specifications.

Requirements

1. Be a Norwegian native speaker from Norway or living in Norway for the last few years (mandatory).
2. Norwegian-related cultural awareness (pop, formal, geo-political).
3. Interest in technologies.
4. Strong attention to detail in spotting spelling, grammatical, user interface, and audio defects.
5. Mental fortitude and stamina to withstand long hours of repetitive listening tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Degree in Linguistics or related education is highly preferred.
2. Previous experience in QA or technology-related roles is a plus.
3. Understanding of linguistics/phonetics is a plus.
