The role requires native Norwegian, good English, and a strong passion for logistics and customer service. A EU passport is mentioned for Greece employment and a fully paid relocation package may be offered.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary point of contact for Norwegian-speaking clients regarding delivery and supply chain inquiries.
• Monitor and manage logistical transit data to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Provide proactive solutions to delivery issues, coordinating between warehouses, carriers, and end customers.
• Maintain high service standards by addressing queries via phone, email, and live chat within logistics.
