What will you do in this Mid-Market Benelux Account Executive role?

As an Account Executive at HubSpot, you will use inbound selling strategies to find new business and help clients grow using HubSpot software. You will benefit from inbound leads, partner with Business Development Reps to research prospects, and create outreach strategies. You will run online demos of the HubSpot software and sell the HubSpot value proposition. Your target clients will mainly be small and mid-sized businesses. This role is based from your home office, working in an inside sales model, and involves full closing responsibilities.

We are actively hiring for a Senior Level Mid-Market Account Executive; candidates are eligible to work from an office, flex, or remotely within the Republic of Ireland, based on preference! Responsibilities include :

  • Identify challenges faced by prospective customers and discover the best inbound marketing solutions for their business.
  • Consistently close new business at or above quota.
  • Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities at small and mid-sized companies.
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
  • Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology teams to evolve sales strategies with new features and products.
  • Contribute ideas and skills to shape HubSpot's future mission.

Role requirements :

  • Based in Spain for remote opportunities.
  • At least 3 years of closing sales experience.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
  • Excellent consultative selling and closing skills.
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Proven high performance (e.g., over quota, President's Club).
  • Strong goal focus and achievement approach.
  • Have strong communication, time management, and adaptability skills for remote success.
  • Experience in high-growth, scaling environments.
  • Passionate about helping businesses grow and curious about tech.
  • Demonstrate humility and enthusiasm.
