Fever is seeking a Legal Counsel to support our global operations with a focus on the Nordics, reporting to the Lead Counsel in Madrid. You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, advise on corporate matters, and ensure compliance across regions in a fast-growing global leader in live entertainment.

You will collaborate with commercial teams, stakeholders, and external advisors, driving proactive risk management while growing with a dynamic, diverse team in a hybrid Madrid-based role.

Qualifikationen

• Barred European lawyer with 4+ years PQE in Nordic jurisdictions.
• Experience in top-tier law firms or multinational in-house teams.
• Fluent English; French or German; additional language a plus.
• Able to translate legal issues into business outcomes.
• Strong strategic and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide general legal support by adapting company strategy to regional business needs in the Nordics.
• Work with internal and external SMEs to provide corporate, commercial, compliance and litigation support to the region.
• Stay up to date on relevant legislative and jurisprudence developments in the region.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to prioritise and manage complex legal matters.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, terms and conditions in multiple jurisdictions.
• Contribute to company knowledge and documents, including preparation and revision of templates and legal guides.
• Prioritise your work based on company strategy and objectives.
• Upskilling, support, and growth of other team members.
